Improving the Quality and Efficiency of Fresh Vegetables and Fruits | Mingkanghui's "Agricultural Product Quality and Safety" Training Series Arrives in Lishui

On January 17, at the invitation of the Agriculture Bureau of Liandu District, Lishui City, Mingkanghui held a special training session on "Quality and Efficiency Improvement of High-Mountain Vegetables" focused on agricultural product quality, safety, and standards in Dagangtou Town, Liandu District. Over 40 participants from 10 village collectives in Dagangtou Town and surrounding areas attended the training.


As the fifth session in Mingkanghui's "Agricultural Product Quality and Safety" series, this event marked a successful start to the new year for Mingkanghui's agricultural technology exchange and training efforts.


At the event, Gao Xiajing and Wu Qingyan, technical standard engineers from Mingkanghui's OEM Management Center, provided a brief interpretation of the latest agricultural product laws and regulations. They illustrated the importance of food safety through real-life cases, emphasizing the standards for pesticide use during the planting process, and highlighted the crucial role of compliance certificates in the circulation of agricultural products. Using physical demonstrations, they vividly explained the "Dagangtou Town Order-Based Vegetable Acceptance Standards," detailing the acceptance standards and requirements for products like eggplant and bitter melon. Additionally, they guided farmers through hands-on training on the practical application of enzyme inhibition and colloidal gold methods in vegetable pesticide residue detection.


During the training, 38 growers and cooperative representatives successfully passed the training exam supported by CCFA under the SAFE Project, earning their training certificates.
