From July 11th to July 12th, the Ming Kang Hui Rural Revitalization Bureau and the Quality Department team undertook a 1,000+ kilometer journey to Lishui City, Liandu District, Dagangtou Town, Suichang County, Beijie Town, and Qingyuan County, Jianggen Township. The objective was to conduct a series of specialized training sessions on "Improving the Quality and Efficiency of Fresh Vegetables and Fruits - Agricultural Product Quality and Safety." This training was made possible thanks to the Supporting Scheme for MSMEs by Building Sustainable Agricultural Fresh Food Production and Logistics in China - SAFE, which also invited experts from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) and Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences (ZJAS) to share their expertise on professional planting techniques. Over 100 farmers and government staff from 10 village collectives were in attendance at the training.

In the fields, Ruan Meiyin introduced new varieties of vegetables and fruits, as well as green and efficient production techniques, to the trainees. The quality assurance team at Mingkanghui provided a comprehensive overview of post-harvest preservation techniques, product quality standards, and rapid detection methods for pesticide residues in agricultural products. The importance of preservation in the distribution of agricultural products was highlighted, as well as the significance of food safety, with practical examples provided. The use of pesticides in cultivation was also a key topic.

In recent years, Ming Kang Hui has engaged in close collaboration with Lishui, conducting comprehensive initiatives for rural revitalization across numerous townships in alignment with local conditions. Going forward, Ming Kang Hui will continue to conduct a series of training activities on the quality and safety of agricultural products with the goal of improving the management of the entire process, from planting and harvesting to processing and transportation, for farmers at the source of production. The training will enhance awareness of quality and safety standards for agricultural products, promote the healthy development of the agricultural products industry, and support rural revitalization and shared prosperity.
